Delays & Lost Parcels

Masuta is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier first. We will assist where possible.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Change of Mind

 We do not offer refunds for change of mind unless stated otherwise.

In original packaging
Returned within 30 days of delivery

 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a replacement, or refund if an item:

5. Non-Returnable Items

 Clearance or final sale items (where clearly marked)

 Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 Slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing updates.

 Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added later.
 Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
